The Queenstown Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and regular meeting on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 7pm.
The public hearing will be held for the following resolution:
Resolution 20-108 A RESOLUTION OF THE QUEENSTOWN PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN APPROVAL OF THE MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR WHEATLANDS SUBMITTED BY THE WATERMAN FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP ON OCTOBER 21, 2020 AND APPROVAL OF THE WHEATLANDS CONCEPTUAL SITE PLAN AND ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES
Resolution 20-108 approves a Planned Development Master Plan and Design Guidelines for development of certain real property owned by the Waterman Family Limited Partnership consisting of approximately 148.212 acres of land located immediately south of U.S. Route 50 which is zoned Planned Regional Commercial (the “Property”). If approved, the Planned Development Master Plan would permit a mixed-use development on the Property consisting of single-family dwellings, townhouses, and cottages, and approximately 11 acres of commercial use.
Public testimony is encouraged. It is strongly recommended to submit comments in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5:00 pm on February 5th.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be limited or no in-person public access. The public hearing will be held by video and/or conference call.

A copy of the complete Planned Development Application is available for inspection and review at the Queenstown Town Office during the normal business hours of 8:30 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Copies of the Master Development Plan, Phase I Layout, Phasing Plan, and Wheatlands Conceptual Site Plan and Architectural Guidelines are available at the links below and additional documents may be requested electronically by email to email@example.com.
