Water/sewer payments may be made using the following options:
Checks, Money Orders, Cash
● accepted in the office or by mail (cash payments by mail are accepted but not recommended)
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
● accepted in the office, by telephone, or in the online payment portal
● a service fee of 2.65% or $3.00 minimum will be charged by the processing company for card payments
Electronic Bank (ACH) Payments
● accepted in the online payment portal or,
● sign up for Auto-Pay billing service to have your bill total automatically withdrawn from your bank account every month. Complete the ACH Auto-Pay Form and return to the Town Office to enroll

Queenstown Town Code Chapter 14, Section 14.12 requires property owners to have performed, at their expense, certain water and sewer inspections to be completed prior to the sale or transfer of any property that receives Town water and/or sewer services.
