FY 2022/2023 Budgets were adopted by Ordinance 22-07 on June 22, 2022.
Ordinance 22-06 was adopted June 22, 2022, and authorizes increases in the consumption rates for water and sewer by 8% each year for five years, effective on 7/1/22, 7/1/23, 7/1/24, 7/1/25, 7/1/26.
Ordinance 20-03 was adopted August 26, 2020, and increased water/sewer allocation and connection fees, effective 9/1/2020.

Tax rates for the Town of Queenstown for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022.
$0.2217 per $100 of assessed real property value.
$0.55 per $100 of assessed value on all commercial business, personal property and public utilities.
