The election for Commissioner of Queenstown scheduled on November 2, 2020 is hereby cancelled pursuant to Queenstown Town Charter, Section 19-21.2 titled, “Cancellation of Election Where Seat is Uncontested”.

The time for filing a certificate of nomination has expired and only one candidate, Mr. Alton Hardee, Jr., filed said certificate.

Therefore, the election is cancelled and Mr. Hardee, Jr., is declared elected and shall be sworn in as Commissioner of Queenstown at the Commissioners November 2020 meeting.
